ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

Attorney William V. Peters graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 1991. He began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Dauphin County (Harrisburg) Pennsylvania and then as a Deputy District Attorney in Lackawanna County (Scranton) Pennsylvania. As a prosecutor, Attorney Peters handled cases from DUI to Capital Murder. After his years prosecuting cases, he took his trial skills and experience and began defending those accused. Attorney Peters has prosecuted and defended thousands of cases ranging from murder, assault, drug offenses, armed robbery, burglary, DUI, theft, public corruption and just about everything in the Crimes Code. He has extensive experience in both State and Federal Court.
